Granola bars for lunch/recess snacks

Recipe Ingredients for Granola type bars

1/3 c margarine
1/3 c peanut butter
1/2 c agave syrup
2 large eggs
2 c oats
1/2 c whole wheat flour
1/2 c flax
1/3 c wheat germ
1/2 c sweetened coconut
1 c chocolate chips

Recipe Directions for Granola type bars

  1. Melt butters

  2. Add syrup and egg

  3. Mix dry ingredients then add to wet

  4. Press into baking sheet (3/4 of baking sheet for thicker bars)

  5. Bake @350 for 20-25 min
