1/3 c flax meal
1 c chopped walnuts
1 c chopped almonds
1 1/2 c. brown sugar
1/2 c. water
1/4 t. salt
4 t. vanilla extract

Recipe Directions for Granola (Theresa Tadema)

  1. mix oats & nuts

  2. mix sugar, water & salt - heat to melt sugar

  3. add vanilla to sugar mixture

  4. mix all together

  5. back at 275 on cookie sheets for 60 minutes rotating trays mid bake
