Simple, inexpensive granola. Takes 5 minutes to assemble then 1 1/2 hours to bake.

Recipe Ingredients for Granola, So Easy

14 cup rolled oats
2 tsp salt
1 cup brown sugar
3 cups shredded coconut
1 cup oil
1 cup honey
1 cup water
3 tsp vanilla

Recipe Directions for Granola, So Easy

  1. Mix dry ingredients

  2. Combine liquid ingredients

  3. Pour over oat mixture

  4. Stir to coat evenly

  5. Spread on 2 large baking sheets

  6. Bake at 250 for 1 hour or more.

  7. Cool & Store in air tight container up to 3 months.
