Recipe Ingredients for Granola Snack Bars

2 tbsp. butter
10 oz. marshmallows, miniature
1 c. oats, quick cooking (uncooked)
1 c. crushed graham crackers
1/2 c. raisins
1/4 c. sunflower seeds, raw
1/4 c. flaked coconut, natural unsweetened
1/4 c. flax meal, ground flaxseed
1/2 c. wheat germ, toasted

Recipe Directions for Granola Snack Bars

Melt butter, add marshmallows and microwave until melted. Stir in remaining ingredients. Press into a greased 8x8 or 9x13 pan using buttered hands. Let cool completely. Cut into 12 large bars or 24 small.
