delicious, healthy,crunchy granola. husband can't stop eating it.

Recipe Ingredients for granola

4 cup dry Old Fashioned Quaker Oats
2/3 cup Creamy Natural Peanut Butter
1/2 cup Roasted and Salted Pumpkin Seeds All-Natural
4 oz. Sunflower Seeds Roasted and Salted
3 oz. Clover Honey
1 tsp Cinnamon, Ground
1 tsp Cocoa, Dry Powder, Unsweetened
3/4 cup (not packed) Raisins, Seedless
39 pieces Peanuts Dry Roasted Lightly Salted

Recipe Directions for granola

  1. mix peanut butter, hoiney, cinnamon & cocoa, heat in microwave for 20 seconds to make easier to mix.

  2. mix with oatmeal

  3. cook at 300 degrees for 35 minutes, stirring occasionally

  4. turn off oven

  5. add nuts and raisins and return to oven for 1 1/2 hours, stirring occasionally (while oven is cooling off the granola dries and gets crunchy.

  6. add chocolate chips when cool if you like

  7. you can put in whatever kind of nuts/seeds you like
