oats, almonds, pecans, coconut, cranberries, honey, apricots

Recipe Ingredients for Granola

2 cups Oats, Regular And Quick And Instant, Unenriched, Dry
1 cup Almonds
1 cup Pecans
1 cups Coconut Meat
1 cup Cranberries
1 cup Vegetable Oil, Canola

Recipe Directions for Granola

  1. Mix dry ingredients (except fruit) together.

  2. Spread evenly on baking sheet. Bake in 250 F oven until golden brown (approx 30-40 mins).

  3. Stir occasionally.

  4. Mix honey and oil in saucepan.

  5. Pour over mixture.

  6. Bake for 10 minutes.

  7. Add fruit, bake for 5-10 minutes.

  8. 2. Turn and stir after 30 minutes. Remove from oven, add raisins. Cool and store in plastic bag. This is very good with milk for breakfast. A very yummy diabetic granola recipe!
