Recipe Ingredients for Granola

2 teaspoons ground cinnamon
1/2 teaspoon ground ginger
1/4 teaspoon Salt
3 tablespoons honey
2 tablespoons vegetable oil
2 tablespoons maple syrup
2 tablespoons water
1 teaspoon vanilla
2 cups oatmeal
1/4 cup slivered almonds
1/2 cup rice crispies
1/2 cup dried cranberries

Recipe Directions for Granola

Mix cinnamon, ginger, salt, oil, water, maple syrup, and honey all together in bowl. Add oats, cereal, almonds, and cranberries. Mix well. Bake at 300 degrees for about 1/2 hour, until dried-but not browned dark. You can mix and match any ingredients you like-different nuts or dried fruits. Use for topping over yogurt and fresh fruit.
