Quick and easy sunflower seed granola

Recipe Ingredients for granola

3/4 c sunflower seeds
1 1/2 c oatmeal
1/4 c ground flaxseeds
1/2 c dried cranberries
1/2 c slivered almonds
1/2 c shredded unsweetened coconut
3 tbsp natural peanut butter
1/2 tsp sea salt
1/3 c raw honey
1/2 tsp pure vanilla extract

Recipe Directions for granola

  1. Preheat oven to 300 degrees F. Combine ingredients in a large bowl and mix till evenly blended. PTAs mixture in a baking sheet and bake for 40 minuts.

  2. 1/2 c = serving. Recipe makes approx 6 cups.

  3. One serving = 4 WW points
