Makes 30 servings



Mix oats, sugar, salt, and cinnamon in a large bowl. In pan warm honey and oil. Remove from heat and add vanilla. Mix and pour over oat mixture...start with wooden spoon...end by hand. Spread on jelly roll pan. Bake for 40 minutes, stirring every 10 minutes. Once cool, put in airtight container.

4 cup dry Old Fashioned Quaker Oats
0.5 cup, packed Sugars, Brown
0.5 tsp Salt, Table
0.5 tsp Cinnamon, Ground
0.25 cup Vegetable Oil, Canola
0.25 cup Honey, Strained Or Extracted
1 tsp Vanilla Extract
