Baked granola gives yogurts a wonderful crunchy taste

Recipe Ingredients for Granola

3 cups oats
1 cup chopped pecans
1/2 cup coconut
3 tbsp brown sugar
1 tsp cinnamon
1 tsp ginger
1/2 tsp ground cloves
1/2 tsp salt
2 tbsp vegetable oil
1/2 cup honey

Recipe Directions for Granola

Mix together all dry ingredients. Heat oil and honey until well mixed and thin. pour over dry ingredients and mix until well blended. Spread onto a parchment lined jelly roll pan. Bake at 300 for 40 minutes, stirring every 10 minutes. Let cool completely. Add dried fruit if desired.
