Good for breakfast or snack before working out!

Recipe Ingredients for Granola

1/2 cup peanuts
2 cups oats
1/2 cup raisins
1/4 cup flaxseed
1/2 cup peanut butter
1/4 cup honey
1 1/2 tsp vanilla

Recipe Directions for Granola

  1. Heat oven to 400 F

  2. Mix dry ingredients (except fruit) and toast until just turning brown

  3. Pour into bowl and add fruit.

  4. In separate bowl, mix peanut butter, honey and vanilla

  5. Add mixture to dry ingredients

  6. Return to oven pan and press into a rectangle, or spread evenly depending on if you want to make bars or loose granola.

  7. Bake at 400 for 6-8 minutes. Let cool and enjoy!
