3 cups rolled oats
1 cup slivered almonds
1 cup cashews
3/4 cup coconut
1/4 cup dark brown sugar
1/4 cup maple syrup
1/4 cup oil
3/4 tsp salt
1 cup raisins

Recipe Directions for Granola

  1. combine oats, nuts, coconut & brown sugar

  2. combine syrup, oil, salt

  3. mix in large bowl, transfer to 2 sheet pans

  4. cook for 75 minutes at 250 deg

  5. stirring every 15 minutes

  6. add raisins when cool
