Home made granola. One serving = 1 small blue cup

Recipe Ingredients for Granola

1 1/2 cups oats
1/2 cups dried cranberries
1/3 cup coconut
2 tbsp dark brown sugar
1/2 cups almonds
1/2 cups pecans
4 tbsp canola oil
4 tbsp honey

Recipe Directions for Granola

Preheat oven to 325. Combine all the ingredients (except the cranberries) in a large bowl. Combine the oil and honey. Pour over the dry ingredients and blend thoroughly with a spoon. Line a baking sheet with foil and lightly grease. Spread the mixture on the pan and roast in oven for 10 minutes. Remove from oven, add the cranberries, stir, and place back in the oven for 10 more minutes. Let granola cool on the sheet and then store in airtight container in the refrigerator.
