Honey, Almond Granola with Craisins.

Recipe Ingredients for Granola

4 cup Old Fashioned Quaker Oats
1 cup Coconut Meat, Dried (Desiccated), Sweetened, Flaked, Packaged
1 Almonds
1 tsp Salt, Table
3 oz Canola Oil
4 oz Clover Honey
1 tsp Vanilla Extract
1 cup Craisins, Sweetened Dried Cranberries

Recipe Directions for Granola

Mix everything together except Craisins. Spread on cookie sheet covered with parchment paper, bake at 300 unitl lightly browned, stirring often. Let cool, add Craisins.
