Homemade granola made adapted from several different recipes.

Recipe Ingredients for Granola

4 cups rolled oats
1 cup pumpkin seeds
1 1/2 cups slivered almonds
1/2 cup canola oil
1/2 cup honey
2 cups pecans
1 cup dried apricots
1 cup raisins
1 cup dates

Recipe Directions for Granola

  1. Combine oats, pumpkin seeds, almonds, oil, honey, and pecans.

  2. Bake in oven at 350 for 45 minutes, stirring every 5-10 minutes.

  3. Let cool and combine with chopped dried fruit.
