Tasty source of fiber. Serving size 1/2 c.

Recipe Ingredients for Granola

3 c. rolled oats
1 c. slivered almonds
1 c. chopped pecans
3/4 c. shredded coconut
1/4 c. brown sugar
1/4 c. honey
1/4 c. canola oil
3/4 tsp. salt
1 c. craisins

Recipe Directions for Granola

  1. Combine oats, almonds, pecans, coconut and brown sugar. Mix honey, salt and oil; pour over dry ingredients and mix well.

  2. Spread onto flat pan and bake at 250 for 75 minutes, stirring frequently.

  3. Remove from oven, mix in craisins and spread to cool.

  4. Store in covered bowl.
