Recipe Ingredients for Granola

2 1/2 c. rolled oats
1/2 c. chopped almonds
2 t. cinnamon
1/4 t. salt
1/3 c. dried cranberries
1/3 c. apple juice
1/3 c. maple syrup
1/4 c. brown sugar
1 t. vanilla extract

Recipe Directions for Granola

  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees. In a large bowl combine cereal, almonds, cinnamon, salt and pomegranate seeds.

  2. In a liquid measuring cup, combine apple juice, syrup, brown sugar and vanilla and stir until sugar has dissolved.

  3. Pour wet ingredients over the cereal mixture and stir until combined.

  4. Spread granola on a baking sheet that has been sprayed with cooking spray. Bake for 25 minutes, stirring every ten minutes.
