1 serving is approximately 1/3 cup. I eat this with yogurt.

Recipe Ingredients for Granola

3 cups old fashioned oats
1 1/2 cups sweetened flaked coconut
1 cups walnuts
1/4 cup flax seed
1 cup sunflower seeds
1/2 cup honey
1/4 cup vegetable oil
1 tsp cinnamon
4 1/2 oz banana chips
4 1/2 oz dried cranberries

Recipe Directions for Granola

  1. Preheat oven to 375F.

  2. Combine all ingredients besides dried fruit in a large bowl.

  3. Line a large baking sheet with parchment paper and spread granola evenly across it.

  4. Bake for 20 minutes, stirring every five minutes. This can burn quickly, so keep an eye on it.

  5. When cooked, spread on a clean baking sheet and stir every 10-15 minutes until it's cool.

  6. Stir in dried fruit.

  7. Put in an airlock container and store in freezer.
