Home made granola with lots of dried fruit.

Recipe Ingredients for Granola

8 c. rolled oats
6 c. wheat (rolled)
2 c. wheat germ
1 c. Shredded coconut
1 c. Raisins
1 c. dried Cranberries
1 c. Sunflower seeds
1 c. Dried Apples
1 c. Sliced Almonds
1 c. brown sugar
1/2 c. Canola Oil
1/2 t. Almond extract
1 c. Water
1 T. Vanilla
1 t. Salt

Recipe Directions for Granola

  1. Mix the first 9 ingredients

  2. Heat the last 6 over the stove an sprinkle over the mixture of the first 9 ingredients.

  3. Bake at 300 for 45 min on 2 greased cookie sheets.

  4. Let it cool and then break it into clumps.
