A yummy, healthy snack with no added sugar. Honey is the sweetener

Recipe Ingredients for Granola

6 c rolled oats
1 c wheat germ
1 c raw almonds
1 c raw pecans
1/2 c sunflower seeds
1/2 c olive oil
1 1/2 c honey
2 tbsp vanilla
1 tsp almond extract

Recipe Directions for Granola

Mix grains, nuts and seeds thoroughly. Pour oil and 1 c honey over mixture and stir well. Spread on lightly greased cookie sheet and bake at 300 degrees for 30 minutes or until golden brown. Stir every ten minutes while baking. Take out and mix in vanilla and almond extract. Bake 5 more minutes. Pour in a large bowl and drizzle with c honey. Stir and cool.
