Not chunky. Good with low fat, sugar free yogurt.

Recipe Ingredients for Granola

7 cups oatmeal
1/2 cup canola oil
1/2 cup honey
1/2 cup splenda no calorie
1 tsp cinnamon
1 T vanilla

Recipe Directions for Granola

  1. Preheat oven to 250.

  2. Combine oatmeal, splenda, and cinnamon in a large, metal mixing bowl.

  3. Combine oil and honey in a microwave safe bowl and heat till thin, about 30 seconds.

  4. Pour over oatmeal mixture and stir to coat.

  5. Bake granola in the bowl for one hour stirring every 15 minutes.

  6. Cool and store in an airtight container.
