Healthier choice in eating granola for breakfast/ snacks

Recipe Ingredients for Granola

2 cups rolled oats
1/4 cup flax meal
1/4 cup raw nuts
1/4 cup dried coconut
1/4 cup raisins
2 tbsp honey

Recipe Directions for Granola

  1. Heat the frying pan in medium-high fire.

  2. Add rolled oats, nuts and dry coconut onto the hot frying pan. Stirring every few minutes so that they don?t get burned.

  3. Add flax meal after 10 minutes.

  4. Keep stirring until rolled oats turn brown and crispy.

  5. Once it sets, off the fire and add raisins.

  6. Let it cool and keep in air tight container.
