Breakfast. Serving = 1/2 cup granola 1/2 cup blueberries or 1/2 banana 1/2 cup almond milk

Recipe Ingredients for Granola

6 cups rolled oats
1 cup walnuts
1 cup almonds
1/2 cup honey (or maple syrup or molasses)
1 tsp cinnamon

Recipe Directions for Granola

  1. Preheat oven to 300.

  2. Put 9x13 pan over med heat/2 burners.

  3. Add oats, stirring occassionally for about 5 mins.

  4. Add nuts and cook 2 more mins.

  5. Add cinnamon and sweetener, stir, put in oven.

  6. Bake 20 mins, stir once or twice.

  7. Add 1/2 c peanute butter w/the honey for peanut butter granola. Stir every few mins while baking.
