Mix of oatmeal nuts and cinnamon for a great breakfast or fast snack

Recipe Ingredients for granola

6 cups rolled oatmeal
1 tsp salt
1/2 cup walnuts, chopped
1 cup almonds, chopped
1/2 cup pumpkin seed
1/2 cup pistachio, chopped
2 cup sweetened coconut
1/2 cup pure maple syrup
1/2 cup water
2 T cinnamon

Recipe Directions for granola

  1. Mix oatmeal, nuts, and coconut in large bowl

  2. Mix maple syrup, water, salt, and cinnamon in microwave safe bowl

  3. Microwave 1 minutes

  4. Stir into dry ingredients in bowl

  5. Place on a large cookie sheet

  6. Bake in a 325 degree oven for 45-50 minutes stirring every 10 minutes
