Homemade granola - other dried fruit may be substituted.

Recipe Ingredients for Granola

2 tbsp butter
1/2 cup honey
1 tbsp cinnamon
5 cups oats
1/2 cup walnuts
1 cup dried cranberries

Recipe Directions for Granola

Melt butter in saucepan over low heat. Add honey and cinnamon and stir to combine. Meanwhile in large bowl combine oats and walnuts. Drizzle honey mixture over oats/nuts and toss to coat. Pour onto a cookie sheet and bake at 350 degrees for 20 minutes or until golden brown. Stir halfway through cooking. Allow to cool then toss with the dried fruit. Store in an airtight container.
