Yummy granola is like candy for breakfast, healthy candy. Makes 6 1/2 cup servings.

Recipe Ingredients for Granola

1 cups rolled oats
1/3 cup flax seeds
1/3 cup wheat germ
1/3 cup walnuts
0.11 cup olive oil
1/4 cup honey
1/4 tsp. powdered ginger
1/2 tsp. sea salt
1/2 tsp. cinnamon
1/4 cup dried apricots, diced
1/4 cup prunes, diced

Recipe Directions for Granola

  1. Preheat oven to 300F.

  2. Mix all ingredients, except apricots and prunes, in a large bowl.

  3. Spread out the oat mixture on a large cookie sheet and bake for 25 minutes, until oats are golden-brown.

  4. Mix roasted oats with dried fruit and you're done.
