Alton Brown's granola recipe Just wanted it broken down

Recipe Ingredients for Granola

3 c rolled oats
1 c almonds
1 c cashews
3/4 c shredded coconut
1/4 c dark brown sugar
1/4 c maple syrup
1/4 c vegetable oil
1 c raisins
2 tbs dark brown sugar
2 tbs maple syrup
3/4 teaspoon salt

Recipe Directions for Granola

  1. Preheat oven to 250 degrees

  2. In large bowl combine dry ingredients

  3. In small bowl combine syrup and oil

  4. Combine both and place on cookie sheet

  5. Stir every 15 minutes for 1 hour 15 minutes until lightly browned

  6. First two stirs are particularly important so mixture doesn't stick into clumps
