granola with raisins, almonds, and sesame seeds

Recipe Ingredients for Granola

200 grams dry oats
30 grams almonds
20 grams sesame seeds, toasted
50 grams corn flakes, broken
50 grams wheat bran
160 grams brown sugar
4 grams salt
1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
40 grams raisins

Recipe Directions for Granola

  1. Mix oats, almonds, sesame seeds, corn flakes, and bran in a large bowl

  2. In a separate bowl, mix brown sugar and salt with a small amount of boiling water to make a syrup.

  3. Pour syrup into dry ingredients and mix gently. Add cinnamon.

  4. Spread onto a lightly greased baking sheet and bake at 350 for up to 30 minutes, or until granola is toasted. Stir granola regularly to prevent burning.

  5. Cool granola before adding raisins.
