Healthy, low-fat, but very delicious granola

Recipe Ingredients for Granola

4 cups of rolled oats
1/2 cup of sunflower seeds
1/2 cup of walnuts
1/2 cup of shredded coconut
1/2 cup of maple syrup
1 teaspoon vanilla essence
2 teaspoons of cinnamon

Recipe Directions for Granola

  1. Mix ingredients together.

  2. Bake at 300 degrees fahrenheit for 45 minutes or until golden brown.

  3. Stir every 15 minutes.
