Easy to make granola. Substitute nuts with any kind you like.

Recipe Ingredients for Granola

5 cups rolled oats
1/2 cup wheat germ
1/2 cup wheat bran
1/4 cup sunflower seeds
1/4 cup peanuts
1/4 cup sesame seeds
2 tsp cinnamon
1/2 cup honey
1/2 cup apple juice
2 tbsp vegetable oil

Recipe Directions for Granola

  1. Preheat oven to 350 degress F.

  2. Mix together dry ingredients.

  3. In a small bowl, blend balance of ingredients and add to dry mixture. Stir until all ingredients are completely coated. Spread on a baking sheet sprayed lightly with vegetable cooking spray. Bake for 35 minutes. Stir frequently during baking to brown evenly.

  4. Let cool. Add dried fruit if desired.
