My attempt at Low-Fat Protein Granola

Recipe Ingredients for Granola

2 cups oats
1 cup oat bran
1/4 cup chopped pecans
1/4 cup applesauce
1 serving Perfect Soy Protein
1/2 cup maple syrup
1/4 cup soymilk
1 teaspoon cinnamon
1 teaspoon salt

Recipe Directions for Granola

  1. Mix ingredients together in a bowl

  2. Spread thinly on a baking sheet

  3. Bake at 300 degrees, stirring occasionally, until thoroughly toasted and crunchy.
