Granola with maple syrup, honey, pecans & almonds

Recipe Ingredients for Granola

8 cups old fashioned oats
1 1/2 cups chopped almonds
1 cup chopped pecans
1/2 cup canola oil
3/4 cup honey
1/4 cup maple syrup
2 tsp cinnamon
1/2 tsp salt
2 tsp vanilla

Recipe Directions for Granola

  1. Combine oats and nuts in a large bowl. Liquify honey in a pot. Add oil, syrup, cinnamon and salt. Stir in vanill and pour over oat mixture. Stir to coat.

  2. Put on two greased cookie sheats. Bake at 300 degrees for 30 - 35 minutes or until crisp. Stir every 5 - 10 minutes. Cool on wire rack.

  3. Store in airtight container.
