Quick to grab in the morning, and chuck in with some fat free greek yoghurt

Recipe Ingredients for Granola

71 g Old Fashioned Quaker Oats
1 oz Coconut meat (desiccated), sweetened, flaked
25 g Dried Apricots
60 g mixed dried fruit
25 g Maple Syrup
2 tbsp Golden Syrup

Recipe Directions for Granola

  1. Mix the syrups with the oats, then spread out evenly across a foil wrapped baking tray.

  2. Bake for 15 mins

  3. Add the dried fruit, and bake for a further 15 mins

  4. Scrape it all off the foil, then store in an airtight container. This keeps for about a month.
