Great for topping a yogurt fruit parfait, or eating a small bowl at breakfast.

Recipe Ingredients for Granola

3 cup Buckwheat Groats
3 cup dry Old Fashioned Quaker Oats
1 cup Walnut Pieces
1 cup Sliced Almonds
4 tbsp Honey, Strained Or Extracted
4 tbsp Extra Virgin Coconut Oil
1 tsp Super Stevia Extract
1 cup, with hulls, edible yield Sunflower Seeds

Recipe Directions for Granola

Soak buckwheat overnight, rinse, drain, and dehydrate 8 hours at 105, or until dry and crunchy. Mix with oats and nuts. Warm honey, 1/2 cup water, stevia, and coconut oil until oil melts and honey mixes in. Pour over and stir well. Bake on cookie sheets at 300 for about 35-45 minutes, stirring every 15 minutes or so.
