Great cold, warmed, or sprinkled over anything!

Recipe Ingredients for Granola

7 cups rolled oats
1 1/2 cups almonds
1 cup pumpkin seeds
1/2 cup walnuts
1 cup coconut, unsweetened
16 tbs Agave Nectar
1 cup dried cranberries, sweetened
1 cup raisins
1 tsp cinnamon
1/2 tsp cardamom

Recipe Directions for Granola

  1. Combine oats, nuts, coconut, and spices. Stir in the agave syrup (or honey or brown rice syrup) to coat evenly.

  2. Bake in a 9x13 pan (you may need two) for 30 minutes in a 325 degree oven. Stir once or twice while baking.

  3. Add the dried fruit and cool, stirring occasionally.
