Easy granola recipe I found on Hillbilly Housewife website.

Recipe Ingredients for Granola with pumpkin seeds and maple syrup

3 cup oatmeal
1/2 cup margarine
1/2 cup maple syrup
1/2 cup pumpkin seed

Recipe Directions for Granola with pumpkin seeds and maple syrup

  1. Melt margarine in 3 quart saucepan. Mix with syrup.

  2. Add oatmeal and seeds.

  3. Spread on a flat 10" x 13" pan that's been lightly coated with cooking spray.

  4. Bake at 375 degrees for ten minutes. Turn granola and bake another 5-10 minutes.

  5. Let cool in pan. Break up and store in airtight container.
