1/4 cup per serving Granola with Walnuts or Pecans

Recipe Ingredients for Granola with Nuts

6 cups of Old Fashioned Oats
1/2 cup walnuts
1/2 cup of Flax Seeds
1 1/2 cup of Wheat Germ
4 tsp. Cinnamon
2 tbsp Nutmeg
6 tbsp Honey
2 tbsp Sugar
1/4 cup butter
2 tsp Vanilla
1/2 cup Pumpkin

Recipe Directions for Granola with Nuts

  1. Mix dry ingredients and seasoning

  2. Melt oil, sugars and liquids. Add Vanilla after heating

  3. Pour melted liquid over dry mixture

  4. Bake in pan at 250, stirring occasionally for 45min

  5. Cool. Add dried fruit.
