Recipe Ingredients for Granola Made as Skinny as I can

8 c rolled oats
1/2 c wheat germ
1 c coconut
1 c chopped almonds
1/2 c honey
2 tsp vanilla
1/2 tsp salt

Recipe Directions for Granola Made as Skinny as I can

  1. Mix all dry ingredients together.

  2. Heat honey with vanilla and salt. Pour over dry ingredients and mix.

  3. Spread on cookie sheet sprayed with non-stick spray, and bake at 300 for 35-45 min. Stir occasionally while cooking. Cool and store in air-tight container.

  4. You can add dried fruit to the mix after cooking -- it dries out if you add it before!
