Recipe Ingredients for Granola, low calorie low sugar

2 cup Rolled Oats
1 medium (7" to 7-7/8" long) Bananas
0.75 cup (8 fl oz) Water
1 serving Natural Honey
1 tsp Cinnamon, Ground
1 tsp Vanilla Extract
1/4 tsp Sea Salt
0.25 cup pieces or chips Walnuts, English
0.25 cup Sunflower Seeds

Recipe Directions for Granola, low calorie low sugar

  1. 1 preheat oven to 375,

  2. 2 Blend banana, water, honey/ormaple syrup, cinnamon, vanilla, sea salt until smooth.

  3. 3 toss banana mixture with dry ingredients.

  4. 4 lay out mixture in a single layer on baking tray, lined with parchment.

  5. 5 bake for 40 min until oats are starting to brown. Check every 10min to stir...will look soggy to start.

  6. 6 remove from oven and cool.
