1/4 cup, unpacked Sugars, Brown
7 packet Sweetener
1 cup Wheat Germ, Toasted, Plain
1 cup Bran Flakes Cereal
1 cup Chopped Walnuts
1/2 cup, hulled Sunflower Seed Kernels, Dry Roasted
1 cup Flaxseed
4 oz Extra Virgin Olive Oil
2 tsp Vanilla Extract
2 tsp Vanilla Extract
8 oz Clover Honey
2 cup (not packed) Raisins, Seedless
