from magazine...the edamame is acutally supposed to be 1/2 c pumpkin seeds, but to get nutritionals i mixed it up. also the applesauce replaced honey, and the butter's melted, and i took out 1/2 c fruit bits

Recipe Ingredients for granola fruit cups!!

1 1/2 c rolled oats
3/4 c wheat germ
1/2 c bran
3/8 c edamame
1/2 c applesauce
2 T butter
1 egg white
1/2 c raisins

Recipe Directions for granola fruit cups!!

preheat to 350. coat 12 muffin tins with spray and spread oats wheat germ nuts etc on baking sheet and bake 20 min til toasted. reduce to 300. mix applesauce butter egg white and 1 tsp vanilla in a bowl and add fruit bits and oat mix. spoon like, 1/3 c mix into each muffin cup and pack down...bake 35-40 min in dark pan or 40-45 in reg pan til browned. cool.
