Recipe Ingredients for Granola from FREDA

9 cups rolled oats
3/4 cups wheat germ
3/4 cups wheat bran
1 cup sliced almonds
1 1/2 cups sesame seed
1 1/2 cups sunflower seed
3/4 cup oil
3/4 cup honey
1 cup dried cranberries

Recipe Directions for Granola from FREDA

  1. Heat oil and honey.

  2. Pour over dry ingredients and mix thoroughly.

  3. Spread on three cookie sheets.

  4. Bake about 25 minutes at 350 degrees, stir occasionally.

  5. When toasted remove from oven.

  6. Add chopped dried fruit after removing from oven. FREEZE extra.
