Recipe Ingredients for Granola Energy Bars

24 tsp Organic Sucanat
0.5 cup Honey, Strained Or Extracted
0.5 cup Butter
0.5 tsp Vanilla Extract
4 cup Oats, Regular And Quick And Instant, Unenriched
4 Tablespoon Pumpkin Seeds
0.5 cup, with hulls, edible yield Sunflower Seeds
4 tbsp Organic Coconut
1 cup, sliced Almonds

Recipe Directions for Granola Energy Bars

cook butter, honey and sugar and boil for 10 minutes, then take off heat and add vanilla. chop up nuts and seeds. Put nuts, seeds, oats, and coconut in a large bowl and mix. Pour butter mixture over the oat mixture. Put into a casserole dish and freeze for 30 minutes. Cut into 35 equal pieces and enjoy.
