Recipe Ingredients for Granola Cookies

3 cup dry Old Fashioned Quaker Oats
4 serving Whole Wheat Flour
2 large Egg, Whole
4 oz Unsalted Butter
0.25 cup Honey, Strained Or Extracted
2 tbsp Cinnamon, Ground
1 tsp Pure Baking Soda
2 oz Whipping Cream
0.75 cup, packed Raisins, Seedless
0.75 cup shelled (50 halves) Walnuts, English

Recipe Directions for Granola Cookies

mix dry ingredients together, add butter, eggs, honey, cream and mix well. Then add raisins and chopped walnuts, mix thoroughly so they are evenly distributed. Bake at 350 degrees for 8 minutes or until golden brown on bottom.
