Chocolate chips, coconut and raisins

Recipe Ingredients for Granola cookies

2 cups flour
1 tsp baking soda
1/2 tsp salt
1 cup butter
1/2 cup sugar
1/2 cup brown sugar, firmly packed
1 large egg
1 tsp vanilla extract
1 1/2 cups granola
1 cup chocolate chips
1 cup coconut
1 cup raisins

Recipe Directions for Granola cookies

  1. Combine flour, baking soda and salt in small bowl. Set aside

  2. In a large bowl beat butter and sugars until smooth, about 2 minutes. Mix in egg and vanilla, beating well. Gradually add dry ingredients, mixing until thoroughly blended. Stir in Granola, chips, coconut and raisins.

  3. Drop by rounded teaspoonfuls onto ungreased cookie sheets.

  4. Bake 350 for 12-14 minutes
