Homemade granola from the Clean Eating cookbook.

Recipe Ingredients for Granola - Clean eating

1 cup rye flakes
3 cups rolled oats
1 cup wheat flakes
1 cup sliced almonds
1/2 cup sesame seeds
1/2 cup pumpkin seeds
1 tsp vanilla
1 cup dried berries
1/4 cup honey
2 tbsp unsweetened coconut milk

Recipe Directions for Granola - Clean eating

  1. Preheat oven to 300 degrees. Mix all dry ingredients. Set aside.

  2. In a saucepan, dissolve honey, vanilla, and coconut miilk.

  3. Pour coating over dry mixture.

  4. Spread granola on a large cookie sheet lined with parchment paper.

  5. Bake 40 minutes, stirring every 12-15 minutes.
