Andrea's Awesome Granol Bar recipe from work

Recipe Ingredients for Granola Bars

3 1/2 cups Rolled Oats
1 cup Rice Crispies
1 cup Flour
1 tsp Baking Soda
1/2 cup butter
1/2 cup Apple sauce
1 cup chopped almonds
1/4 cup Semi-Sweet Chocolate Morsels
1/4 cup Reeses Peanut Butter Chips
1/2 cup dried Apricots
1/2 cup Raisins
3/4 cup Honey
1/2 cup Wheat Germ
1 teaspoon Cinnamon
1 pinch Nutmeg
1 pinch Cloves

Recipe Directions for Granola Bars

  1. Mix all dry ingredients

  2. The mix in all wet/gooey ingredients

  3. Bake 325 for 20 minutes

  4. Lightly grease 9x13 pan

  5. Take out halfway through & press granola finish baking

  6. Cut after 10 minutes of cooling

  7. Wait until completly cool to remove from pan

  8. You can replace honey w/ Pumkin puree

  9. General guideline: 1 cup total of nuts

  10. 1/2 -1 cup of dried fruit

  11. 1/2 cup total of sweets

  12. 1 1/2 tsp total of spices
