Home made granola bars. High in protein

Recipe Ingredients for Granola Bars

1 cup Peanut Butter, Smooth Style
500 grams Natural Honey
3 tbsp Extra Virgin Olive Oil
3 cup dry Old Fashioned Quaker Oats
1 cup Sunflower Seed Kernels, Dry Roasted
2 serving Honey Bunches of Oats with Almonds
1/3 cup Dried Cranberries
4 tbsp Coconut Unsweetened
1/4 cup Chopped Walnuts
0.5 cup Wheat Germ, Toasted, Plain

Recipe Directions for Granola Bars

Mix all dry ingredients (minus peanut butter). THen on stove heat peanutbutter, oil and honey tll simmering and then add that to dry ingredients. Mix till soaked through. Press into a 9x9 or 10x13 pan. Press firmly. Bake at 225 for 20-25 minutes. Let sit until cool.
