Granola bars - good for energy while riding.

Recipe Ingredients for Granola bars

2 cups rolled oats
1 cup applesauce
2 tbsp butter
1/4 cup maple syrup
1/4 cup corn oil
1 tbsp brown sugar
1 tbsp whole wheat flour
1 tbsp wheat germ
1 tbsp wheat bran
1/2 cup almonds
1 tbsp coconut
1 tbsp sunflower seeds
1 tsp baking powder
1 tbsp blackstrap molasses
2 tbsp soy protein isolate
1/2 cup raisins
1 tbsp honey

Recipe Directions for Granola bars

Mix everything together (it helps to melt butter, syrup, molasses and oil), bake in 9x9 dish at 350 for 30 minutes.
