Chock full of yummy, healthy stuff!

Recipe Ingredients for Granola Bars

1/3 cup coconut, shredded
1/3 cup nuts, chopped
1/3 cup raisins or craisins
1/3 cup peanut butter
2/3 cup flax, ground
1 cup quick oats
1/4 cup honey
1 tsp vanilla extract
1 tsp cinnamon, ground
1/2 tsp nutmeg, ground
1/2 tsp sea salt

Recipe Directions for Granola Bars

  1. Soak 1 tbsp of flax in 3 tbsp of water.

  2. Mix dry ingredients.

  3. Mix wet ingredients.

  4. Combine all thoroughly.

  5. Press into greased 9x9 baking pan.

  6. Bake at 350 for 30 mins.

  7. Remove from oven & allow to cool thoroughly.

  8. Transfer to cutting board & cut into bars.
